The 2024 Symposium will be held at St Paul's Church, Tennyson Street, Napier, on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November 2024.
St Paul's is adjacent to the site on which, in 1887, New Zealand's first cookery book was printed - Fanny Murdoch's 'Dainties - Or How to Please Our Lord and Masters.'
The Symposium welcomes all amateur and professional gastronomers with a passion for food and food history. Registration is now open for the Symposium. The registration page is HERE.
